QS is quality assurance, from grower to counter. The manufacturing process is continuously documented and independently controlled. The QS certification sign is a clear signal for buying safe food from reliable suppliers.

This standard has been developed for the “Wholesaler trade of fresh fruit, vegetables and potatoes” (storage, preparation and marketing). Phase II includes all companies after primary production, which carry out activities of receiving merchandise, conditioning, packaging, refrigeration, storage, intermediation and transport of fruit, vegetables and potatoes.
