This standard has been developed for the “Wholesaler trade of fresh fruit, vegetables and potatoes” (storage, preparation and marketing). Phase II includes all companies after primary production, which carry out activities of receiving merchandise, conditioning, packaging, refrigeration, storage, intermediation and transport of fruit, vegetables and potatoes.
